Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English is essential.
• Administration experience in manufacturing/engineering preferred.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings & specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and internal auditing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the plant Quality function, monitoring and reporting on key Quality Management System processes.
• Collect and consolidate Quality data and produce formal monthly reports.
• Monitor, control and report on key plant quality systems.
• Maintain engineering drawing and specification retention systems.
• Coordinate and serve as the key point of contact for the Document Control system.
• Be a key user of Eaton supplier quality management software.
• Support the site QMS, EQMS Audit & Self-assessment Programmes as a quality auditor.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
