Overview

Quality Supervisor – Lead quality improvements in a global manufacturing firm. Location: Whitstable, Kent. Internationally recognised brand with a continuous improvement culture. This is a hands-on shop-floor role with real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Reducing variation through process control and quality plans
  • Goods-in inspection
  • Developing and maintaining quality control procedures
  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance
  • Analysing data to identify root causes
  • Collaborating with sales to resolve customer issues
  • Implementing corrective and preventative actions
  • Maintaining accurate quality records
  • Ensuring calibration of quality control equipment
  • Leading continuous improvement projects
  • Reporting on quality performance
Candidate requirements
  • BTec or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in manufacturing quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
