Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to ensure application support and delivery (onshore, offshore, and outsourced partners) comply with IT policies and practices.
  • Ensure solutions are designed, built, tested, deployed, and supported to meet governance, quality, compliance, security, and documentation standards.
  • Implement and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
  • Embed quality requirements through training and proactive consultancy.
  • Deliver training on new and updated policies and standards.
  • Ensure outsourced / offshored IT service providers meet quality expectations.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage IT risks impacting C&ES
  • Embed corporate compliance, ethics, and global risk management principles within teams
  • Implement in-process quality controls to reduce risk.
