Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Food Science or Food Technology is essential.
• Proven experience in a QA department in food production.
• Advanced Food Hygiene certificate is required.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and BRC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Technical/Quality department to meet BRC and customer requirements.
• Review and enforce codes of practice requirements and company policies.
• Generate and maintain Technical KPIs.
• Manage customer product specifications and factory recipes.
• Communicate effectively to resolve technical issues and drive improvements.

Skills

Proven experience in a QA department

Knowledge and experience of GMP and BRC
