Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the quality management system to ISO 9001 and AS9100 registration standards
• Monitor product conformance and implement improvement initiatives
• Assist with corrective actions and manage non-conformances and customer complaints
• Provide technical support to the sales and production teams
• Work closely with customers and suppliers as required
• Lead and mentor a team of technical quality inspectors
• Support production and ensure compliance with all specifications and standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the production facility

Qualifications

• Full valid driver's license (meeting company vehicle requirements)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, quality, engineering, or industrial environments
• Minimum of 5 years' experience maintaining a documented quality management system
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong safety and attendance record
• Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to motivate others
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
• Excellent problem-solving, reasoning, and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk significant distances
