Role Purpose

The Quality Manager leads the Quality & Continuous Improvement function, ensuring that raw materials, products, and services meet technical specifications, perform reliably, and comply with all relevant internal and external standards, regulations, certifications, and customer expectations.

The role is responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), achieving ISO9001 and other relevant accreditations, driving continuous improvement across the organisation, and resolving product quality issues throughout the full product lifecycle. The role also provides leadership for escalated customer quality concerns and supports commercial decision-making related to product performance.
