Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + 8% Bonus

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

A leading and rapidly expanding food manufacturing business in Blackpool is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join its growing team. As the company continues to scale, this role will play a key part in strengthening quality processes and driving high standards across the site.

The Role

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and food safety within the facility. Managing a team of 8 Quality Technicians, they will ensure the site consistently meets customer expectations, internal standards, and regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for a quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys building strong, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities
