Qualifications

  • Experience as a CQC Registered/Regional Manager or Quality professional.
  • Knowledge of health and social care regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in quality improvement, risk management, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a great workplace culture and support network.
  • Undertake internal audits and support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide advice to management teams on best practices.
  • Travel and conduct assessments and support visits.
