Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection within an aerospace or defence environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to operate hand tools for manual inspection.

Responsibilities

• Perform First Offs, In-Process, Goods Inwards, and Final Inspections.
• Use hand tools for manual inspection and operate an in-house MRP system.
• Prepare and carry out FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports).
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Experience in FAIR creation and completion to AS9102 standards

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Good understanding of GD&T

Background in Inspection and/or Surface Treatments
