  • Management of the raw material sampling schedule to ensure incoming raw materials are sampled at a frequency based on risk assessment.
  • Sampling incoming raw materials, and perform visual, dimensional and functional checks, logging of results, trending, and feedback to suppliers on their performance
  • Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming goods, raising NCs where necessary.
  • Participate in supplier quality improvement initiatives by providing inspection feedback
  • Gathering data during on site production to raise complaints and feedback to suppliers where necessary
  • Tracking complaints and claims to ensure all costs are recovered and escape if necessary
  • Contribute to the supplier approval process.
  • Assist with routine and non-routine testing of raw material, semifinished goods and finished products.
