About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and diligent Quality Inspector to ensure our company standards to finish have been achieved, and specifications are met across all new developments.

You’ll be responsible for inspecting apartments in line with the above before they are handed over to the sales team and ultimately our customers. Your goal is to certify that owners receive the highest quality apartment, whilst protecting company reputation and award-winning status. You’ll work closely with the regional construction teams to coordinate inspections in a timely manner.

We're always looking for ways to continually improve and you’ll be a key part of this by providing feedback, advice, and solutions to our construction teams and the wider business.

Your role sits within our Customer Service department, reporting to the Head of Customer Services, you’ll work alongside an additional Quality Inspector.

By its nature this role will involve extensive travel and overnight stays to make the most of your diary and working week.

Hours

Monday to Thursday 9.00 – 5.30 and Friday 9.00 – 5.00

About you

Our ideal Quality Inspector will have a background in residential construction, such as an Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreman. You’ll take immense pride in your work, have an eye for detail and take conscientious approach.

It is important that you understand construction processes, timelines, and standards. If you have any trade experience, previously within your career this will be advantageous.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is self‑motivated, highly organised and has the ability to manage a busy diary, diplomatic, and thrives in a busy role. You’ll be a confident computer user, including Microsoft Office packages and be comfortable learning new systems.

A full UK driving licence is essential, due to the travel involved in this position.
