Quality Engineer – Onshore Land Substation Project
Long-Term Contract | Outside IR35 | Hybrid (London-based)

Petroplan is supporting a key client on a major Onshore Land Substation project and we're looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join the team on a long-term contract - starting ASAP.

We’re seeking a Quality Engineer with:

Qualifications

• Direct experience on onshore land substation projects
• A background in civil engineering
• Strong quality assurance expertise, particularly in the early stages of large-scale projects
• Experience with high-voltage equipment (e.g. substations, transformers)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
• Offshore project experience
• Experience in quality assurance
• Experience of managing site teams

Location and working pattern

• Home-based, with weekly travel to London offices
• Ideal candidates will ideally be within commuting distance of London
• Outside IR35

This is a high-visibility, long-term opportunity to support a major energy infrastructure project and play a key role in delivering quality excellence from day one.
