• Minimum 3 years' experience supporting a QMS.
• Experience with ISO 9001 standard QMS.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with stakeholders and be a trusted advisor.
• Support documentation of customer requirements pre-launch.
• Develop and manage effective PFMEA and Control Plan.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in internal and customer audits.
• Facilitate CAPA meetings to mitigate recurrence.
