A leading medical technology company located in Plymouth, UK, is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to oversee the operational quality system within their manufacturing plant. The role involves managing quality regulations, investigating product complaints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a degree in science or engineering, along with proven experience in regulated environments, particularly in pharmaceuticals or medical devices. The position offers a salary between £35,000 and £45,000 plus benefits.
We have an exciting new opportunity to recruit an experienced quality engineer to join our quality engineers within the plant of 800+ employees. In this onsite role, you will oversee all operational aspects of the quality system, enhance operational efficiency on the manufacturing floor, manage non‑conforming materials, and drive continuous improvement through effective change management.
