Job summary

A leading infrastructure company in the United Kingdom is seeking an ambitious Quality Assurance Engineer to help shape the future of construction and engineering. The successful candidate will establish best practices in quality management, engage in quality audits, and support various initiatives aimed at improving productivity and compliance. Strong data analytical skills, experience in QA procedures, and a relevant degree or HND are preferred. • Experience in QA Procedures and Controls (ITP’s, Specifications) is desirable but not essential

STRABAG - Work On Progress: Becoming Climate Neutral by 2040.

• Establish and promote best practice in quality mattersin conjunction with the Quality function.
• Delivery of the IQAssurance plan
• Undertake Quality audits as required.
• Trending and reportingof IQ Quality performance
• Support the “get itright to improve productivity” initiative
• Driving the capture andimplementation of lessons learned
• Ensure that all personnel are aware of their statutoryduties and responsibilities, and to provide advice as and when required.
• Support management teams to ensure compliance with allrequirements stipulated in the Quality Plans
• Promote the reporting of nonconformances.
• Collate Business / Contract Quality statistics in atimely manner and submit to the Quality Management and Quality functionfor reporting purposes.
• Review Quality information to identify trends and areasfor improvement. Develop and implement Quality campaigns andimprovement plans in agreement with the Quality Management
• Provide support to Project teams in the development ofQuality Plans
• Review Quality plans, procedures and associateddocumentation.
• Maintain records as necessary to ensure compliance withCompany procedures and Contract Requirements
• Provide reports, presentations and information asdirected by the Business / Quality Management.
• Participate in working groups / forums as required.
