Howdens are looking for an experienced Shunter Driver to support our Raunds Distribution site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing trailer movements to ensure goods are delivered on time and undamaged, helping to improve overall logistics performance.

Shift – (shift details per site).

Manufacturing Key Operative – Quality Controller

You're a routine checks on products and packaging to make sure they’re correct from a food safety and legality perspective. Your quality checks may involve temperature probing, swabbing, weight and size checks, and you’ll be working towards minimising and preventing any loss of sales or profit whilst ensuring customer requirements are continually met.

About you

Previous manufacturing and food handling experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given. Loves working as part of a team, enjoys a fast‑paced environment, is happy in an active role and has a good level of fitness, can work in varying temperatures of around 8 °C and below (we provide full protective clothing), and takes pride in completing tasks to the best of your ability.

Desirable experience:

• Quality Control and understanding of product allergens.
• Food Safety Level 2 and/or HACCP Level 2.
