What you will do

• Operate testing equipment effectively according to the Work Instructions, hourly targets and safety requirements.
• Document and report test results, ensuring that non‑conformances are reported accurately and promptly when they occur.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Shift Pattern

Weekly rotation (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm). Future shifts: Role will eventually move to three shifts, including nights (10pm-6am); date not yet set.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a manufacturing facility or similar. Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision, using own initiative. Excellent attention to detail and highly motivated, with a strong focus on safety, quality and delivery.

Desired Experience

• Proficient in using measurement tools and inspection equipment.
• Previous experience within a quality control environment/ ISO 9001/ ISO13485/ Pharma regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Able to make reasoned and objective decisions where necessary.
