Job summary

A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a Deputy Quality & Compliance Manager to work within their Quality and Compliance team. You will be responsible for conducting internal quality audits for OFSTED registered children's homes and support compliance monitoring in various services. This role is field-based throughout the Northwest, requiring travel. The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing and a thorough understanding of OFSTED regulations, with a competitive salary of £40k and additional benefits including a car allowance and holiday entitlement.

• Experience of undertaking audits.
• Ability to analyze and critique poor practice while recognizing good practice.
• Understanding of audits and their purpose.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group Head of Quality & Compliance in audit development.
• Conduct internal quality audits and monitor compliance standards.
• Liaise with management to implement audit feedback.
