What you’ll do day to day
  • Examine all vehicles for damage and at delivery ensuring that damage reports are completed and reported to the Admin team.
  • Check vehicles in and park into allocated spaces.
  • Ensuring all damage is photographed and recorded for transit damage claim.
  • Maintain systems and procedures in line with department operating standards and utilise them appropriately.
  • Pull vehicles out for Workshop and Drivers.
  • Complete any relevant documentation for vehicles where necessary.
  • Display an enthusiastic, motivated and committed approach to work.
  • To control the movement and security of all vehicles on site.
  • To maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles.
