A leading NHS Trust in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join their Pharmacy Aseptic Team. The role involves monitoring the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and other standards. You will support the commissioning of a new aseptic unit and assist in quality assurance audits while engaging in cross-site working between departments. Our Pharmacy Aseptic Team has just taken handover of a brand new state‑of‑the‑art aseptic unit and we’re looking for a quality assurance officer to join our friendly and dynamic team to support the commissioning of the new unit and the delivery of a high level of QA within the aseptic services.
The prime function of the unit is the preparation of parental nutrition, cytotoxic, monoclonal antibodies and clinical trials in a safe and efficient manner according to Good Manufacturing Practice and National Standards.
