Job summary

A leading university in Wales is looking for a Quality and Regulation Coordinator to join its Quality and Regulation team. This role provides essential administrative support for quality assurance processes, course developments, and student procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to organise work effectively, and is motivated to contribute to process improvements. While prior experience in Higher Education administration is helpful, it is not essential. The ability to communicate in Welsh is a desirable asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for course development and approval.
  • Assist with academic regulation guidance and student procedure operations.
  • Act as Secretary for meetings, events, and training activities as needed.
