A healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Governance & Quality Manager to lead clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee patient safety, incident management, and work collaboratively with leaders to enhance patient outcomes. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Governance & Quality Manager to lead clinical governance, patient safety and quality improvement across our hospital and UTC. Reporting to the Head of Nursing and Clinical Services and accountable to the Hospital Director, you will embed a strong governance culture that delivers safe, effective and patient-centred care every day.
NB: There will be a requirement for on‑calls as part of this role.This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
