Job Title: Quality and Compliance Manager
Location: Whetstone
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance within our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality assurance frameworks, ensuring adherence to CQC standards, and preparing for inspections.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all operations meet CQC standards and prepare the facility for regular inspections.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance and quality assurance practices.
  • Develop action plans for continuous improvement based on audit findings and feedback.
  • Liaise with external bodies and stakeholders to maintain compliance and quality assurance standards.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
