A big industry name is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within their commercial insurance processes. The role offers a hybrid working model, with three days working from home and two days in their Stratford-upon-Avon office.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of commercial new business, renewal, and nmid-term adjustment cases.
  • Analyse case handler records to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Perform reviews and regulatory assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and FCA requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on quality and risk performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Experience
  • Proven experience in conducting quality reviews within the commercial insurance or commercial broking sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes.
  • Strong understanding of FCA frameworks, customer conduct, and consumer duty.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and provide insightful reporting.
