The Role

We’re looking for a Quality Analyst who’s excited to bring their skills and ideas to the table. In this role, you’ll work with our Quality Manager to perform the analyses defined in our control plan, covering all stages from the reception of raw and auxiliary materials through packaging materials to the finished product, identifying and highlighting any deviations from our established quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform analyses as defined by type: microbiological, physico-chemical, equipment calibration and verification, and equipment maintenance.
  • Enter obtained results into designated systems (e.g., LIMS, Visual Calibre).
  • Follow established analytical methods for each test.
  • Issue product holds and Non-Conformity Reports when analyses do not meet standards, in line with action criteria. Notify the supervisor when required to determine corrective measures.
  • Collect samples (and record in LIMS when applicable) for testing in the company laboratory (LCD) and external laboratories.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations of water and beer according to the Control Plan.
  • Carry out yeast propagation at laboratory scale until obtaining Carlsberg flasks for industrial scale-up, including all related analyses.
  • Perform additional analyses outside the Control Plan as needed to ensure finished product quality.
  • Conduct analyses for interlaboratory studies to guarantee result accuracy.
  • Collect samples for approval of new raw materials, auxiliaries, packaging materials, new recipes, or process improvements.
  • Collect samples for organoleptic analysis required by the Damm Panel.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the laboratory.
What We’re Looking For
  • Laboratory Experience : Minimum of 3 years in quality control or analytical laboratory experience within the FCMG industry
  • Analytical Techniques : Experience with microbiological and physico-chemical analyses, calibration, and verification of equipment
  • Systems Knowledge : Familiarity with LIMS and other laboratory management systems
  • Process Knowledge : Understanding of raw materials, packaging, and production processes in beverage or food manufacturing.
