Overview

Quality Assurance Specialist - Customer Operations

Location: On-site in Milton Keynes (Monday-Friday, 9-5)

Pay: £14.53 per hour

Job Type: Temporary (until 31st December 2025, with potential to extend into 2026)

Responsibilities

• Review customer journeys across New Business, Customer Services, Collections, and Resolutions.
• Provide oversight to ensure adherence to regulations and internal quality standards.
• Analyse data and interactions to spot risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams and outsourced partners to drive quality.
• Deliver constructive feedback and support calibrations to align QA frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QA or compliance role within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of FCA requirements and quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Excel and reporting tools.
