We are hiring due to a promotion in the team, and would love to welcome candidates from all backgrounds to apply. We are welcoming, friendly, and curious bunch and would love to see someone who complements this as part of our team!

What will you do?

Our Quality Advisors work with our direct services to provide support to more than 5, people across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We are all committed to making sure people can expect and get the best possible support. Among other duties, we do this by :

  • providing assurance visits
  • reviewing complaints, compliments, mortality reviews, and whistle‑blows
  • providing advice
  • identifying learning from these reviews
This means a successful applicant should :
  • feel confident in making judgements that support is safe and reliable
  • be enthusiastic and promote practice that encourages our colleagues to support people to have great experiences and outcomes
  • advise our skilled and committed teams on how to bridge gaps, and recognise great practice
Where will you work?

As a Quality Advisor you will primarily work from home, supporting teams across all three nations. The right candidate must be able to travel across our services and to stay away from home on a regular basis. You will work closely with colleagues outside our team, building relationships. You won’t have any line management duties, but will be responsible for managing your own diary and delivering agreed work within your working week.

Would you benefit from flexible working?

You will be part of a team that encourages and promotes flexible working and reasonable adjustments, particularly because of the impact of working away. Please talk to us if you feel flexible working would be good for you. We are also happy to make reasonable adjustments as part of the interview process. We are keen for applicants to ask for what they need to make the recruitment and interview process work.

Does this sound like you?

If so, please submit your up‑to‑date CV and a cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit for this role. If you pass shortlisting, please share your one page profile before your interview date. We will share ours when we confirm your interview.
