A leading training provider is looking for a dedicated Quality Administrator to support Employment Advisors and Trainers. The role, based on a part-time contract, involves managing participant data, providing customer service, and ensuring quality standards in training programs. Youll provide excellent customer service, manage participant data across multiple systems, assist with training preparation, registration, attendance tracking, and course evaluations, and liaise with employers to evidence participant progression.
