The Role
As a Qualified Train Driver, you will play a key role in improving service quality and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive trains safely, punctually, and economically in accordance with company rules and regulations.
- Ensure all operations meet customer needs and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other railway interfaces.
- Collaborate with Greater Anglia teams to ensure smooth and reliable train services.

- Work effectively and independently while maintaining strong communication with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate high levels of organisation, focus, and responsibility required for train driving.
- Show motivation to progress your career and take on new challenges as a Qualified Train Driver.
- Clearly outline your experience, interest, and preferred location when applying.
- Bring proven experience driving passenger trains and a passion for delivering safe, reliable service.
- Maintain an impeccable safety record.
- Must currently hold a Qualified Mainline Driver certification with a train operating company.
