️ The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated therapy team. You’ll play a key role in creating a communication-friendly environment and helping us realise our vision : To build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people to thrive and find their place in the world.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans in collaboration with teaching staff
• Managing a small caseload of pupils with speech and language needs
• Supporting staff through training, consultation, and reflective practice
• Working closely with our experienced Clinical Lead and SENCo

Essential Criteria :

• You will be a registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
• Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
