Qualified Social Worker, Multi-Disciplinary/Learning Disability Team

Pay rate, £29.59 per hour

Vitalis are hiring for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Multi-Disciplinary Team in the London Borough of Redbridge.

You will be working as part of an MDT with LD Health practitioners (including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and language therapist and community nurses) and administrators.

The Team works with people with varied needs, from 18 years to the end of life. Practitioners' caseloads will reflect the varied needs accordingly.

You will be office-based at HASS Seven Kings - the working pattern is a hybrid system – 2/3 days in the office and the rest remotely. In addition, when we are on Duty (usually one week every 4/5 weeks), we are office-based for 5days. This may sometimes change depending on service needs.
