Job summary

A leading marine industry company is seeking a QHSE Engineer to join their expanding team in Gorleston-on-Sea. The role involves promoting safety, managing ISO systems, and conducting audits while supporting the company's commitment to quality. Ideal candidates will have around 5 years of experience in similar project roles and familiarity with health and safety regulations. This position is full onsite with an attractive benefits package, including a car allowance and generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

  • H&S qualification (IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH) is desirable.
  • 5 years project experience in a similar role (CapEx) preferred.
  • Good understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems.

Responsibilities

  • Improve and promote safety across all sites.
  • Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments for continuous improvement.
  • Manage ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems, documentation, and KPIs.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses using root cause analysis.
  • Support the continued development of the Quality Management System.
