As a key player in the post-production team, you will conduct detailed quality checks on various media formats and troubleshoot issues with precision. As part of our post-production team, you’ll be the final gatekeeper of quality, making sure that features, trailers, and trade show clips look and sound perfect before they hit the big screen.
Perform meticulous QC checks on DCPs, file-based, and broadcast content
Ensure compliance with the latest QC procedures and DCI standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with precision
Communicate complex QC findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Escalate critical issues promptly to the QC Manager and Senior QC Operator
A proven ability to deliver time-critical projects with confidence
Experience in Digital Cinema QC, ideally in post-production or cinema environments
A sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
Ability to grasp complex systems and processes quickly
Confident using Digital Cinema theatre equipment and explaining technical issues clearly
Comfortable working in high-pressure environments
Familiar with Linux, Mac, and Windows platforms
A genuine passion for film and technology
Hands-on, proactive attitude with great multitasking ability
High level of ownership and tenacity
Numerical confidence and an eye for detail
Natural problem solver
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write about technical issues in a clear, concise way
Thrive in a collaborative team environment
This role follows a shift pattern and may include weekend work. This role is Office-Based.
