• Understanding of HACCP principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify Food Safety standards and Quality Systems.
• Conduct inspections based on Quality & HACCP plans.
• Liaise with Production teams on Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Record and report non-conformances.
