QA Project Analyst - Remote Working - 12 Month Contract

Located on the picturesque west coast of Ireland, our Global pharmaceutical client is looking for a QA Project Analyst to join their state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility. They have invested $55 billion in research to discover and develop new medicines in the pursuit of scientific breakthroughs and changing people’s lives. Responsibilities

• Supporting the project team to facilitate delivery of a Quality Assurance project by bridging the gap between the project plan and the desired outputs for success
• Data Gathering - Gathering data from multiple sources and consolidating to establish a clear relationship between the Data.
• Data Analysis - Review consolidated data and perform gap analysis against Quality Documentation requirements to support project objective.
• Collaborating with Project Manager & Project Team to formulate a plan to address gaps identified
• Supporting the project team to coordinate project activities that involve local sites.
• Creation of presentations, reports, and project related topics to ensure effective communication to stakeholders

Desirable Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Science: Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology
• Requires extensive experience in quality assurance and/or quality process oversight
• Experience in the use of quality documentation: Quality Legislation, Lab Specifications & SOPs.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel for performing data analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate and partner across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience working in both a team setting and independently.
• Works well with minimal manager guidance while able to manage own time effectively.
