Overview

Regional Sales Manager
£40,000 to £50,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A) plus company car.
Nationwide (roles will be based either in the North, Central or South of the UK), in this role you\'ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and visiting our external retail partners (find out more about our hybrid working policy at jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

We\'re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Quick Commerce Aggregator team.

Our aggregator app makes customers\' lives easier by offering them delivery services from local independent retailers.

We\'ve got some pretty ambitious growth targets to meet over the next few years and need a strong team to drive this forward.

What you\'ll do
  • Target retailers within your region and drive maximum success in participation on the app
  • Convert interest from retailers into a contracted independent retailer, transacting on the platform
  • Work with other Sales Managers to align and share success of breaking into the market
  • Feed back into the account manager with insights from independent retailers
  • Collaborate with the operational team and accounts when handing over independent retailers for launch of the stores on the app
  • Attend conferences to sell the proposition into a wider independent retailer market
  • Drive the awareness of the app to local retailers in your region
This role would suit people who have

  • A good commercial understanding
  • The ability to operate independently and identify improvement opportunities to sell into the independent retailer market
  • Experience working with retailers within the independent retailer sector
  • The ability to work and prioritise tasks across multiple workstreams
