Responsibilities

Salary: Up to £23,859

Hours: 40hrs Monday-Friday

Role: BigBuyAnyCar.Com (Part of Big Motoring World Group) require Vehicle Purchasing & Logistics Administrators based at our new offices in Bailey Drive, Gillingham Business Park, Kent.

Requirements: Previous Vehicle Administration experience essential.

The successful applicants will be fully aware of all aspects of Used vehicle administration within a busy car sales environment.

  • Duties include carrying out due diligence checks for any outstanding finance, and where necessary obtaining finance settlement letters.
  • Checking for theft and previous damage markers.
  • Validating MOT information and identifying any mileage discrepancies or anomalies by using GOV.UK database, obtaining and verifying vehicle service history.
  • Arranging vehicle purchase invoices, generating and collating vehicle payment arrangements and preparing payment schedules.
  • Liaising with customers to confirm vehicle checklists have been signed and returned and also agreeing convenient vehicle collection dates and times.
  • Booking collections with our logistics partners and monitoring their performance vs our Service level agreements.
  • Attention to detail is important, along with the ability to multi task and use initiative to solve issues.
  • Flexibility and pragmatism in approach to customer issues & communications; willing to go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
Additional Information

We offer a friendly working environment in our newly refurbished and air conditioned office suite.

The role will cover 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday, although some alternate Saturdays may be required.
