Purchase Ledger Clerk

Academy Transformation Trust

37 hours per week, All Year Round. Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover).

Salary: NJC Point 4 – 7 (£25,185 - £26,403)

Location: Hybrid – Pool Hayes Academy and Home Location

Start Date: November 2025

Role and Responsibilities
  • Support the central operational and commercial finance team in processing purchase invoices in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and monitor the aged creditor ledger.
  • Support the Central Purchase Ledger team servicing all 21 of the Trust’s academies. The Central Purchase Ledger team is based at Pool Hayes Academy, Willenhall, West Midlands.
