About The Role

Shift Pattern: 4 day shifts between Monday and Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance duties on a variety of machinery in the Post Press Publishing area (e.g., stackers, strappers, palletisers, conveyor belts).
  • Conduct routine checks and promptly report any defects.
  • Fulfil any reasonable requests from the OCS Management Team.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements, including risk assessments, PPE, and manual handling guidelines.
  • Report any potential health and safety concerns without delay.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Mechanical and electrical understanding of equipment and moving parts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Engineering background is advantageous
  • Knowledge of and adherence to Health & Safety at Work procedures
