Lionsgate is recruiting for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Publicity Coordinator to support the publicity team in delivering high‑impact campaigns. The role requires exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, flexible, and calm under pressure, with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities. Responsibilities include coordinating press materials, managing media lists, scheduling interviews, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of publicity initiatives. Strong communication skills and the abilities to handle confidential information with discretion are essential.

A passion for film and television is highly desirable, along with a keen interest in media relations and entertainment marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Publicity Support
  • Assist the Publicity team across Theatrical and Home Entertainment campaigns.
  • Organise internal/external meetings and maintain accurate notes.
  • Manage publicity mailing lists and support awards activity.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed.
Communications
  • Update and distribute the publicity release slate.
  • Maintain Lionsgate UK publicity website and hosting services.
Finance & Systems
  • Raise POs, process invoices, and manage reconciliations.
  • Maintain SAP system and ensure P&A budgets are accurate.
Materials & Screenings
  • Coordinate delivery of trailers, clips, EPKs, and press materials.
  • Upload assets to hosting platforms and publicity site.
  • Arrange press screenings: book venues, invite press, manage logistics.
Premieres & Events Coordination
  • Support logistics planning for premieres and talent visits.
  • Assisting with press junkets, schedules, premieres: guest lists and ticket collections and screenings.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks during events.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, trains, accommodation, restaurants, and transportation.
Awards
  • Assist in handling schedules, materials, press requests, event support for talent and the PR team.
  • Assist the senior team in securing media coverage, managing talent/filmmaker logistics for screenings, junkets, and award events, and ensuring all promotional efforts run smoothly from invites to final press breaks.
