Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse portfolio across our public sector clients in Ireland and the UK
  • Lead on end-to-end audit delivery tasks for a portfolio of clients ensuring compliance with relevant audit standards and regulations and reporting to Partner
  • Training and mentoring team members, developing their technical and professional skills
  • Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
  • Overseeing the financial management of your portfolio
  • Contributing to the firm's business development initiatives
  • There will be an opportunity to broaden your portfolio into the NFP and Corporate audit sectors subject to agreement and performance
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • ACA, ACCA or CIPFA qualified
  • Experience and proficiency in public sector audit
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop exceptional client relationships
  • Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in developing junior staff
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to business development
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
