You will manage a portfolio of city‑wide and hyper‑local investments, oversee embedded matrix officers in cultural institutions and lead strategic alignment across the Public Health Division and wider council. This is a high‑impact role with opportunities to shape policy co‑design services with citizens and represent Birmingham in national and international forums.
