As a Public Area Attendant at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of all guest‑facing spaces throughout the day. With an eye for detail and a commitment to luxury hospitality, you’ll ensure every area of the hotel reflects Nobu’s crafted standards – creating a welcoming, elegant environment for every guest who walks through our doors.

You will

• Clean and maintain all public areas to the highest luxury standards
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and polishing
• Conduct regular spot checks to ensure meubles, quality and readiness at all times
• Report damages or maintenance needs promptly to the Head Housekeeper
• Support guest enquiries with warmth, attentiveness and genuine hospitality
• Assist new team members, providing guidance and fostering a welcoming team culture
• Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring safe and compliant work practices
• Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively across departments, building strong internal relationships
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised touches that reflect Nobu’s crafted मैथ approach
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude and commitment to excellence
• Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
