Job description
Overview

Teach Now are looking for a Secondary Psychology teacher to join one of their schools in Lower Edmonton, in the Borough of Enfield. The school has been labelled an ambitious, inclusive and highly achieving institution with a rich and diverse intake of students, teachers and support staff from different cultures and backgrounds.

You will be very much supported in your role and you will be provided with excellent training throughout your employment. You will also have many opportunities for progression within the school and take on more responsibilities.

This is a Full-Time role that will commence in September 2022 until the end of the academic year and the successful teacher must be able to commit for the whole duration.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Ability to assist and assess effectively a range of pupils, including those working below national curriculum level
  • Ability to be creative and manage, motivate and inspire children
  • Ability to liaise with multi-professionals
  • Able to commit for the duration of the placement
  • Creative and dynamic in their approach to teaching and learning
  • Honest and compassionate
  • Happy to complete training to further develop their knowledge and understanding in education
  • Enhanced DBS certificate or willing to complete one
