We’re working with a brilliant SEN school that’s looking for a compassionate, thoughtful and energetic graduate to join them as an SEN Teaching Assistant. You’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them feel understood, valued and ready to learn each day.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups with learning, behaviour and communication
  • Using what you know from your psychology studies to read situations, understand triggers and build trust
  • Helping pupils regulate emotions and stay engaged in lessons
  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to keep strategies consistent
  • Celebrating progress, no matter how small, and helping students feel safe and confident

  • Someone patient, warm and naturally curious about how pupils learn
