Overview

Are you a Psychology graduate (or graduating this summer) eager to apply your knowledge and make a meaningful impact in education? Quokka Education is working in partnership with a fantastic school in Winchester, looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated graduate to join their team as a Teaching Assistant, supporting students with Autism.

This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is passionate about psychology, education, and inclusive learning.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with autism
  • Help students access the curriculum and regulate emotions in a positive, supportive way
  • Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to ensure a nurturing learning environment
  • Build trusting relationships that foster confidence, communication, and engagement
