Primary or Secondary School in Booker (HP12), High Wycombe | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Pay: £90 – £105 per day

Are you a Psychology graduate looking to kick‑start your career in education or child development? A supportive school in Booker, High Wycombe (HP12) is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs
  • Implement strategies to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions
  • Track progress and adapt support to meet individual needs
  • Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Who We’re Looking For:
  • A Psychology graduate (or related field) with a strong interest in child development and SEN
  • Empathetic, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learners
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a school or care setting is desirable but not essential
