Job summary

Overview

We currently have a vacancy for a permanent secretary to the Unit Management Team, Medicine and Unscheduled Care, to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support at Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Unit Management Team with secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Assist the Reception Team in the Emergency Department as required.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and office administration for a high volume, busy service.
Qualifications
  • Excellent secretarial or administrative, organisational and communication skills.
  • Accurate keyboard skills.
  • Previous secretarial/administrative experience essential.
Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (some flexibility may be considered).
