Position Details

Protection Insurance Consultant – Gloucester, Full time – 2 days hybrid in office (1st week training at office). Full/Part-time opportunities (22-39 hrs, discussed).

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Protection Insurance Consultant to provide tailored health‑insurance advice, build relationships, and deliver sales targets. You will follow up leads from high‑quality sources such as Compare the Market and Money Supermarket.



Responsibilities

  • Follow up leads from high‑quality sources such as Compare the Market and Money Supermarket.

  • Provide advice to customers on health‑insurance products while balancing customer service with sales targets.

  • Deliver on agreed sales targets and maximise opportunities for future business growth.

  • Assess clients’ needs and quickly and effectively deliver insurance solutions in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure all clients receive the most appropriate advice and service.

  • Build effective relationships to ensure clients receive the best value from their cover and identify additional beneficial products.

  • Identify and respond to all up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in protection or insurance.



Work Arrangements

Hybrid – 2 days per week, in the Gloucester office. 1st week training required at the Gloucester office. Full and Part‑time opportunities available (22-39 hrs).
