We want someone excited to work for an incredible company like Laing O'Rourke and keen to learn every step of the way. As a Proposals Specialist, you'll support the collation and production of proposal and presentation materials. You'll work as part of our in‑house, multi‑disciplinary team, creating response templates, applying our house style consistently, and ensuring submissions are polished and professional. It's a hands on role where your curiosity and attention to detail will help us deliver outstanding proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create templates, maintain consistent formatting and publish documents and presentations that are structured, orderly and aesthetically pleasing
• Meet internal and external deadlines
• Ensure bids and presentations look appealing, well‑structured, consistently follow company/brand guidelines and are easy to navigate
• Organise and manage workflow by tracking the progress of components as they are completed
• Support proposals and bid teams with technical document production
• Manage workload with other Proposals Specialists to meet peaks in production
• Source information and images from our collateral system for use within bid submissions
• Complete housekeeping administration at the end of each submission

• Excellent skills across the Microsoft stack: SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• A self‑starter who can proactively influence and drive outcomes

• Attention to detail, to ensure consistent high standards
• Can organise themselves to meet challenging deadlines
